Refund policy

1. Nature of Products

All products sold through WoodCraftsDIY are digital goods delivered electronically via download. Due to the intangible nature of digital products, all sales are considered final upon successful delivery of the purchased content to the buyer.

2. No Refund Policy

As digital products cannot be physically returned, refunds are generally not available once a product has been purchased and the download link has been made accessible to the buyer. By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the non-refundable nature of digital goods.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered, at the sole discretion of WoodCraftsDIY, under the following circumstances:

a) The buyer is unable to access or download the product due to a verified technical issue on the part of the Store;

b) The product file is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise defective and the issue cannot be resolved through customer support.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund under the exceptions outlined above, the buyer must submit a written request to woodcraftsdiy2024@gmail.com within 14 days of the original purchase date. The request must include:

a) Full name and email address associated with the purchase;

b) Order number or proof of purchase;

c) A detailed description of the issue, including any supporting documentation or screenshots.

5. Review Process

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. WoodCraftsDIY reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request at its sole discretion. The Store will make reasonable efforts to respond to all requests within 5 business days of receipt.

6. Chargebacks

Buyers are encouraged to contact WoodCraftsDIY directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the buyer being permanently banned from future purchases.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase on WoodCraftsDIY, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Refund & Returns Policy.
